Quality Control MDQ is a recently formed company by a qualified team of professionals, with years of experience in quality control of seafood products. Located in Mar del Plata, the main fishing port of the country, it provides the opportunity to control from production to dispatch to any destination in the world.
Our main objetive is to provide a comprehensive service that adapts to the individual standards of each customer. We ensure the quality of the seafood product from its source, guaranteeing that each shipment reaches its destination in compliance with each customer's requirements.
It involves the use of physical, chemical, technological, sensory, microbiological, and nutritional tools to ensure its optimal level of aspects such as safety, hygiene, appropriate flavor, nutrients, and other parameters necessary for safety.
It is the security that the consumer has when eating a food that it will not cause harm to their health. This means that it must provide the nutrients that the human body needs to maintain life and meet the hygienic-sanitary requirements that guarantee that a disease will not occur when consumed.
It is achieved when all people, at all times, have physical and economic access to sufficient safe and nutritious food to satisfy their dietary needs and preferences, with the aim of leading an active and healthy life.
Visits to the plant are coordinated with the quality personal on the days on the product of interest is made. It is verified that the products satisfies the requirements and quality standards at the time of production.
Pre Inspection
Days before, it coordinates with the plant to control the product to be exported.
Inspection
It is carried out the day of the load, monitoring from the beginning to the end, verifying that the quality of the product is the one that was inspected in the pre inspection. At the end, within 24 hours the report will be sent via mail.
Pre inspection and adittional
Samples are removed from the plant to perform a thawed and cooking test by a specialist from our company, in order to evaluate their characteristic ( texture, odour, color, flavor) not only froozen but also in their differents states. The report is then sent via mail.

It is coordinated with the laboratory of the UTN ( National Techological University) of Mar del Plata to analyze samples at carry out NBVT.
BAM counts, Total Coliform counts: Presence/absence of E. Coli, Staphyloccocus counts: Presence/absence of Pseudomona Aeruginosa.
